The hospital is such a sad place, but my dad does not mind.

I rushed him to the Capitol Medical Center last night because of dehydration. As always, the dextrose is the answer to his illness. We spent about 4 hours in the Emergency Room, but t’was a bit of fun. We discussed a lot of things, but mostly about who I was going to marry. LOL.

Yeah, I missed the first Smart Ultimate All-Star game last night, but I guess it wasn’t really that important if in return you spend a great deal of time with your loved one :)

Woke up with a headache and a bad case of a bedroom voice; I got a little bit disoriented with my room. It took me about 5 seconds to collect my thoughts and I just smiled when I remembered how I shouted my lungs out at the Rizal Memorial Stadium yesterday.

I don’t remember much of what exactly happened after the first whistle was blown. The heavens started pouring ice-cold water, but no single soul scrambled to find a shed. Moreover, everyone’s spirits even jumped up a couple of notches, dancing and cheering the Azkals under the rain. More cheering went on when striker Chieffy Caligdong put in a goal at the 19th mark, the first of four daggers that the Philippine team embedded on the Sri Lankans’ World Cup dreams.

T’was my first time to watch an International Football game, and also the first time to dance in the rain. I can’t wait for Leg 2 vs. Kuwait. I guess by then I’d be smart enough to bring a raincoat and extra clothes!

So my family’s back from their Brunei vacay and look what they got me.. A Yonex Armortec 900 Lee Chong Wei! YAAAY!

I’ve been meaning to play Badminton again but just couldn’t find the time; plus my old Prince racket was kinda worn out already. Last Wednesday, I found out my orgmates were having weekly game schedules. Hope I could join them soon!
